Cancellation Policy - A deposit equivalent to your first nights stay will be debited from your credit/debit card to confirm your booking-this is non-refundable in the case of cancellation. Provided 48 hours notice of cancellation are given of each date booked no further charges will be incurred.

• Entrance to building via gate, level path to entrance with one step into house handrail assistance, a ramp can be provided.
• Level access into hall.
• The ground floor is level throughout.
• All rooms are en-suite.
• Corridor leading from the front door to the bedroom is wide enough for wheelchair.
• Ground floor en-suite bedroom comprising of double bed, bedside tables touch side lights, assistance grip bar by bed, en-suite comprises of sliding door, assistance bar by toilet (raised toilet seat available) shower with two assistance grips and thermostatically controlled electric shower step into the shower is 250mm from the floor but we do provide an additional wooden step.
• Corridors have good colour contrast and are well lit.
• All rooms have Flatscreen digital televisions with built in DVD player.
• Assistance Dogs welcome.
• Menus can be provided in, large print and Braille.
• Brochures can be provided in large print.
• Portable induction loop system, alarm clock, and smoke alarm that activates pillow vibrator, or an alarm belt receiver available on request when booking.
